Gst on service ( formerly service tax)

We are Mfg. Unit and paying Excise Duty on  goods and paying Service Tax on Lorry Freight under GTA.------

After implimentation of GST, Excise Duty and Service tax will convert to GST as usual ------

My question --- Is GST on Lorry Freight will be omitted ?????

If No ... then How to pay GST on Lorry Freight which at present we are paying as Service Tax ??
