our company shifting office materials from India to korea...we taken service from one Korean courier service ..now we have pay the changes.. invoice also received..
pl suggest if any GST will applicable like RCM

As per section 7(1) (a) import of services will be treated as supply whether in course of business or not....

No as per section 17(5)(b) no itc will be allowed on food and catering services whether you are a registered normal taxpayer also but if you are further supply the Same service then you can take itc otherwise not....

Yes it will be treated as import .you are required to pay tax under rcm if you are registered under Gst

As per Defination of Import Services U/s 2(11) :
supplier is Out of India
Recipient is in India
POS supply of services is India
hence as to above definition it's fall under Import of Services .
