what is impect on sell of shop or office under GST ?
Is GST Applicable on it? and what are the provisions applicable on sell of this type of property?
No GST........
Only stamp duty & registration charges........

if builder sold shop then also not attract GST.?

No GST after completion certificate received.......
Otherwise it is underconstruction property.......... and GST applicable......
