If i sale my own motor
vehicle then GST applicable or not? please tell me?

IF i had a GTA firm and use Truck for Bussiness Then i sale them , then Gst Applicable or not? please tell me

tell me whether you are paying get on your own @ 12% or you are paying @ 5%?

then you would have to pay GST....as per CCR,2002
