gst on royalty
if any author is earning more than 1 crore as royalty then gst will b charged or not

Hi
Firstly, GST will be charged by the author who is earnoing royalty.
Secondly, if the turnover of the author is more than 20 Lakhs then he has to get registered under GST and start charging GST on his Royalty Income
