I have one client he is dealing into khadi sand and river sand which he is supplying to builders he is not getting any bill from sellers for purchasing however he he giving to builders now how can he get set-off benefit.....he can't get bill also for purchae

Make a bill of unregister dealer or show actual figure in account if income tax raide than u can tell tham we are not getting bills from govt lease contracters are cheating speaking truth if you can go and buy i can give u 1 cr if you get bill there
