GST on reslae flat

I was purchased flat 2016_17 to which is sold Nov 18 , let me know is it gsa applicable ,if yes what is gst rate???

No GST over ready to occupy flat.

clause 5 of schedule-III to CGST Act are exempt supplies

no it is applicable.. because there is no supply of goods or services
