SIR WE GIVE 1 RESIDENTIAL FLAT IN NAME OF OUR FIRM WHAT IS THE GST RATE

18% gst rate
There is no Gst on residential flat
It is exempted only if it is used for residential purpose if it is used for office or any purpose then not exempted... Plz see the purpose
And now tds @ 5% is also applicable if rent is more than rs 50000 per month
