Gst on renting of immovable property

If a person has Gst registration as his retail business turnover exceeds Rs. 20 lakhs threshold limit. And he also rented his property for commercial purpose and getting Rs 30,000 pm. 

Weather he has to pay Gst on rental income.

yes GST will be applicable on rental income also at the rate of 18%

Thank you sir, What if his business turnover and rental income in total not exceed 20 lakhs but he got Gst registration voluntarily ...
After taking registration you have to pay gst.. even if you turnover not exceed 20 lakh

Once you get registered in GSTN , all the provsion of Act is applicable to you also even though you have registered as voluntary
