gst on renting building
kindly tell the gst rate on renting building in j&k

If the building was given to rent for Residential purpose, then rent is exempted from GST
If building was given to rent for business / commercial purposes then GST @ 18 % is to be paid
GST is applicable for J&K also
for renting residential
Gst not applicable
