if someone leased builuding to govt dept and monthly bill is of 58000. as per gst turnover below 20lakh gst is not applicable. while under gst ddo has to deduct tds on gst if amt paid during the year is more than 2.5lakh.
please guide

You dont need any gst no, You can file tds with the govt dept Pan no u/s 194(i)

but the ddo have to deduct tds on gst if service rendered are above 2.5lakh although the bill is without gst
