whether a partner in firm having t/o exceeding rs. 20 lakhs, earning rental income is required to pay gst?

As per my personal opinion, if turnover exceed 20 lac , then required to registration. also have to pay gst.....

Yes, Partner is required the registration in gst and pay the gst on rental income.

20000 per month then its total rental receipts is only 240000 and u r telling more than 20 lakh...
