I have a partnership firm registered under GST type Regular. I have my office rented in a residential complex (ground floor is my office, owner has 1st Floor & 2nd floor for residential purpose but my EB connection and all is commercial connection).
Apart from my office I have 2 godowns to store my goods, which again is a residential complex ground floor is my godown.
As I am registered GST tenant of these properties am I suppose to pay GST for my rent & do RCM for the same?
