Assuming the landlord is unregistered under GST, the firm has to pay GST @ 18% because of RCM.
Further the firm needs to deduct TDS under Income tax because the annual rent is more than 1.80 lakh.

rcm is to be paid as cgst/sgst or igst.
when it to be paid 1 at the time of rent payment made 2 after settling down all account on monthly basis
