i m a propietor n i taken premises on rent and rent of 15000 per month , what is criteria of gst on rent?

GST is applicable on Rent.
whether is it any limit of gst on rent ?? and if landlord is a unregistered person then what is the criteria for that??
If landlord has value of supply exceeding 20lakh then only GST leviable @ 18%
my landlord is unregistered so will i have to pay on rcm??
Not at all. That clause is suspended till 31 March 18.
