I have GST Registration in Maharashtra I filled nill return in Maharashtra GST number
and I have rent income from property from Gujarat (No GST Registration )
rent amount 10 Lakhs
so what is treatment under gst
No gst impact

you should take gst reg. of gujrat also. and deposit gst on rent received

if r property which is for commercial purpose than tax would be levied
