Yes, GST applicable over the rental supply..... at the same time you can claim ITC of the input.

you first clear period is it June 2017 to feb-2018 ? because you have written june 2017 to feb 2017.
Form 1/7/2017 Rent paid in the course of furtherance of busniess GST applicable under section 7 of the CGST act 2017

So GST applicable form 1/7/2017 to feb 2018 . GST not applicable for the month of June 2017.
