you shown this details in form 3 b as a inward supply and also take credit of gst which is paid by u and landlord shown its in outward supply

you can treat this as purchase ..
if there is no tax then this is exempt
if there is no tax then this is exempt
YES THERE IS 18% ON GST. TREATED IT AS A INWARD SUPPLY AND TAKE INPUT CREDIT OF IT FROM GST ON OUTWARD SUPPLY
RCM on inward supply from URD is suspended till 31March 18
