Gst on rent
i m paying Rent of my three godown. These three godown is owned by only one person any i m paying Rs. 80000/- rent per month. please guide me that godown owner has ro pay GST on rent. I also inform that godown owner has no other income.

No. You are liable to pay GST under RCM.
u need to pay GST on RCM n u have to issue a self invoice & payment voucher for the same payment done.
