Sir I am registered person and paying 8500 as rent of my shop to an unregistered person. What will be effect after gst. If yes pls tell the calculation under gst

are you paying service tax on rent then gst input is available other wise you pay rent

As you are registered dealer, and landlord is unregistered.........
So, you will have to pay GST @ 18% over the rent under RCM. ITC of the same can be availed from output supply, if you have not opted for composition scheme. ...
