Company shifted my job location from Delhi to Haridwar. I incurred expenses for transportation of my household goods, which were reimbursed by the company. Is it a supply from company? Will company get ITC?

In my view, this must be mentioned in the contract for employment. Then this is the CTC to the company. No GST to be booked.

First of all services by employees to employer is outside the purview of supply and therefore not taxable .
Further In my opinion as the shifting reimbursement is in relation to your employment therefore not a supply under GST.
If at all there is a GST paid by you as it is in the course of business, the ITC would be available to the company.
