GST on real estate
on flat advance booking a company is charging 12 percent on normal flat sale amount and 18 percent towards prime location charges and 0 percent towards interest free maintenance charges. so where it is written that we may charge 0 percent on interest free maintenance charges received.

Interest free maintainance charges are received as advance/deposit and not as service/supply during construction period.
