Please guide us I want to purchase a Commercial Property is GST applicable or not or which tax rate will be applicable.

gst is applicable only if you go for under construction property.. if you chose property who has cc or who grant u possession whichever is earlier and then you make the payment provided u hv not paid single penny before getting cc or possession then no gst will be charged

In addition, gst charged on commerical property - 18%
