What is the GST impact on the purchase of used car? The buyer is GST registered assessee and the seler is not registered under GST? What if seller is also registered under GST?

If seller is registered then GST applicable for the Sale of Used Car as per it's rate...
If seller is unregistered do the buyer (registered under GST) need to deposit GST under RCM?
No....
It is treated as exempted pjurchase, as per notification 10/2017, CT (rate)
