gst on pulses cereals

if a brand is de registered today relating to cereals.. will gst be charged on that now?

Sir im talking about a brand eg kohinoor brand.. what if i de register the brand today.. so i need not collect gst 5% on it.
where is the point of gst number here.. im talking about the levy of GSt.. i m talking about the notification of 20th September.. pleasr go through n reply my answer.

Refer to press release on : what will be considered as a 'registered brand' for the purpose of levy of GST issued by CBEC on 20th sept. The same has been attached for ease of reference, if further confusion do raise a query.

Taxpayers who have not set-off their liability for GSTR-3B for July 2017 and have only done "Submit"of their GSTR-3B have been given option to edit, submit and file their Returns.
