Gst on professional services

I work with a educational institute. We have visiting faculties who come and take lectures on hourly basis and are paid accordingly. With GST coming in to effect I wanted a sugesstion as to how do we deal about the payment of the visiting faculty with regards to the reverse charge mechanicanism coming in to picture.

Can we decuct GST from the pay per hour by reverse calculation.
