A doctor receives income exceeding Rs. 25lacs from Laboratory on which TDS is deducted u/s 194J Professional Fees.
Would this Income be chargeable under GST?

its not practice he is working in hinduja hospital and he got as professional income under 194j and cut the tds than he is applcable in gst or what??

The service is EXEMPTED vide Notification No. 12/2017 , CT ( Rate ) dated 28.06.2017
