Private coaching fees is liable to GST @ 18% situated anywhere.

If your Aggregate Turnover exceeds the threshold limit of Rs. 20 lakhs, then you need to apply for GST Registration for your Private Coaching Institute and charge GST @ 18% under SAC Code = 999293 : Commercial training and coaching services.
