16 August 2017Ours is an Engineering Consultancy Services firm based in Delhi. We have some projects in Nepal & Dhaka with an Architecture firm in Delhi. We gets the payment for our services from the Architect. In Architects opinion, they are not receiving any GST from Nepal & Dhaka so it is not applicable.
