Gst on passenger vehicles

Dear Experts,

I am giving my bus on a fix rent (including driver) to a company for the transportation of their employees from one fix location to their office. Do I need to register myself under GST or is it exempted?

Also please confirm what would be the rate of tax in case it comes under GST?
