Yes. You can pay tax under RCM basis. GST rate @ 18%....

No need to pay tax under RCM. Invoice is wrong, so ask dealer to revise it.

THEN SAME IS ALSO EXEMPTED AS YOUR PRINCIPAL SUPPLY IS EXEMPTED.

I have a doubt that is that Freight charges, packing & Forwarding charges, & Inspection charges must be taxed while we raise any invoice to the customer? If yes what could be the provision for that & GST rate.

Yes chargeable @ 18% except freight which is chargeable @ 5%.....

If same is added in invoice then @ rate at which principal supply is taxable....
