Please look at the following list and check whether your product accurately fits any catgory perfectly, this is the list of HSN codes for retreading of tyres and then selling them. Once the code is known the rate will also be determined easily. Further do note that GST will be levied only on your margins.

Unregistered person is a user of product and has been already paid tax on his purchase and after his use sell them to dealer
