company which is not dealing in old car selling its capital asset (car). what will be the GST RATE and value of such supply?
company haven't used input on above car.
rate is 18%(HSN 8703) or 12% (HSN 87). value is consideration received. Margin method as per Rule 32(5) of CGST Rules applicable. GST payable on Sale Value - WDV (as per companies act 2013 as on date of sale)
