Gst on medical policy or insurance policy

my query is can employer claim gst paid on medical policy or insurance policy provided by employer to employee

Yes... ITC can be available for insurance is company taken for employees (if it's company's expenditure)

Who is paid the Insuarance amount and who is account the same...?
