Ans. No, a dealer registered under composition scheme is not required to maintain detailed records as in the case of a normal taxpayer.
But enclosed please find GSTR4 to be filled by composit dealer every quarter, page 2 requires

in rcm there is not mention manpower supplies
so now manpower supplies attract GST and if yes how much GST rate
so now manpower supplies attract GST and if yes how much GST rate

@ Ajay : GST rate for manpower supply is 18% and it is not covered under reverse charge now.
