Is there any exemption regarding to supply of lottery . If yes, pls explain

No, Lottery is treated as supply of goods. As per the current GST structure, interstate sale of lotteries attracts 28% tax while intrastate sales come under the 12% bracket

But I found a notification - Notification 2/2017 - Central tax (rate), in which according to sr. no. 149 supply of lottery by any person other than govt.
