Dear Sir,
1. Is GST is applicable on Late Delivery Charges for supply of goods to central government under tender basis?
2. Is GST is applicable on Late Delivery Charges for supply of goods to Inter State customers ?
3.Is SAC Code 9997 of Other Services is applicable on both cases and if applicable what is the GST Rate. ?
Kindly suggest me, whether GST is applicable on both cases and if applicable What is GST Rate ?

As per section 15 CGST yes gst is applicable on late fee or in your term late delivery charges
as its incidental charges & cover under the Composit supply so the rate of principal goods in bill will be applicable on the same .
