GST on Landlord Part
I have purchaded a flat from landlord part. Is liable to pay GST or not ?

Registration of document will be with landlord........ who may not be registered under GST.........
If the landlord has accounted it as investment........ No GST
But if it is his joint BUSINESS venture, GST liability arises.
