What is the treatment of gst on supply of unskilled, semiskilled labour by
a) registered person (contractor)
b) unregistered person(contractor)?

Registered contractor will charge GST over the bill amount. While URD will not be able to issue tax invoice (i.e. no GST charged)

Presently no RCM applicable......

and What is difference between pure labour supply and the service of providing manpower?
