have we deducted tds on job work
rent & professional bill if he already gst charge on bill.
If you are telling about Income Tax TDs Tds is deductable exclude GST.

Yes. You can deduct TDS as per Direct Tax Rule. No more changes in TDS deductions.

I deduct 1% tds according to section 194c from my vendors, if the bill exceed 30000 for single or 100000 for aggregate..
after implementation of GST should will I have to change the rate or process or something...... Pls clarify....
