Dear Sir

Please give me suggestion if i giving such work to outside (job work) for manufacturing process,so in that gst will apply ? or is it require job worker has to regeistered under gst.

if gst apply then Rates ?

1. if job worker not registered with gst.you have to declare job worker premises as additional place of business in your gst registration.2. you can send the material for job work with out charging gst through delivery challan..3 after completing the process job worker will return the material through delivery challan.4. job worker will raise service bill with gst 18% to you and you can claim the ITC for the same.5. condition job work material has to come back with one year other wise tax applicable on job work supply.
