we entered into JDA and the developer sold the land after development .
Now I am the land owner who entered in JDA with developer need to pay GST to the developer ??
if paid where (when,how) can I get that amt as ITC ??
And developer only doing this work,need to register under GST ???

If developer not registered under GST, he cannot charge you GST......... so whom you have to pay?........ No question of ITC in your case......
Developer should get registered under GST, and should charge GST for his services.....
