Do we have to pay GST under RCM on Intra State purchase from URD?

yes this 10 km limit from transporter place to delivery place
Deepak ji, RCM under section 9(4) is suspended till 01.07.2018. If you purchase any or receives any services which falls under 9(3) then you need to pay gst on RCM basis.
