GST On Insurance Commission
If Insurance commission income is RCM taxable i.e., the principal company is responsible for tax liability, should the Agent declare his commission income at his/her returns while filing. Please guide me

As per Notification services by insurance agent to Insurance Co. is under RCM & Insurance company is liable to Do RCM.
