My Client is Registered person in GST and he is distributor of FMCG Dealer
IN This Case GST is applicable on Incentive received by your client your client liable to pay GST on Incentive becasuse somehow your client acting as an agent of FMCG and on principal and agent transaction GST is liable henceincentive is taxed
