Service reciever- IN INDIa( a company)

Fees paid on club service located outside india by Indian company

whether GST payable by company on RCM basis..???

Yes has to deposit RCM on IGST , if you are registered in GSTN .

And import of service is when pos is in india and loc of supplier is outside india......But in this casr club is o/s india...so how it can be import of service??

Dear , can you clarify when you are not receiving any services then why are you paying for it.
