A FOREIGN COMPANY PROVIDE US INSPECTION SERVICE IN INDIA, WE MAKE PAYMENT TO OVERSES AS THEY PROVIDE US BILL IN USD. BUT THEY PROVIDE SERVICE BY THEIR OFFICE IN INDIA, SO HOW WE TREAT THIS ENTERY AS IMPORT OF SERVICE OF WHAT ?

Sir, IGST applicable on import of service or its exempted as RCM postponed till 31.03.2018

sir you have to first deposit igst when procuring service and claim itc
