Our company is a subsidary of a foreign IT company & we r providing services only to that company.
Do we want to charge the gst from our head office company ?

There is no need to charge any GST as the place of supply of services under section 13 of IGST for IT services would be based on location of recipeint. If export proceeds realised in convertible foreign exchange then refund of GST paid on all inputs is available.
