Whether GST is leviable on Purchase & sale of Immovable property i.e. Land and Buildings

Land is out of purview of gst so no gst on purchase & sale of land but...
if complex building , after getting completetion certificate of same by builder sells it , the GST is applicable
if complex building , after getting completetion certificate of same by builder sells it , the GST is applicable
