Its Simple.. the total sum of 17000 you paid rto OTA is inclusive of Tax. Now to make it simple for you.. as a travel agent you suppose to pay 5% GAST to govt on total Business. But in that scene you can not take advantage of the 18% tax you paid to OTA. So file 18% on total amount and cliam Tax you Paid to Ota as your input. this way you will save money.... and able to run your business smoothly..
